1. Information We Collect

When you use Systara Motion, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, organization details (company name, GSTIN, address), and operational data you enter (trips, biltys, invoices, vehicle records, driver records, and payment records).

We also collect usage data automatically: browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and actions performed within the application. This helps us improve the product and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to provide and improve the Systara Motion service: operating your transport management dashboard, generating invoices and biltys, sending notifications about document expiry and payment reminders, and providing customer support.

We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. Analytics data (anonymized) may be used to improve product features.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in India. We maintain daily backups and use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Google OAuth, and role-based access controls.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth for authentication, Razorpay for payment processing, PostHog for product analytics (anonymized), and LocationIQ for city autocomplete. Each service has its own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You can export your data at any time from Settings. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at privacy@systara.in. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how the product is used. No advertising cookies are used.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Systara Motion after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
