Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellation and refunds for Systara Motion, a transport management platform operated by Systara. We aim to be transparent and fair in all billing matters.
1. Free Trial
All new Systara Motion accounts include a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial.
If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. Your account and data will remain accessible until the trial expires.
At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will become read-only until you choose to subscribe or delete your account.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current period
- Your data will be retained and accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after your subscription expires
- After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless you resubscribe
3. Refund Policy
No refunds for partial months: Subscription fees are billed monthly. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that billing period, but you will retain access until the period ends.
Service outages: If the Service experiences an unplanned outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or service credit at our discretion. To request this, contact us within 7 days of the outage.
Billing errors: If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us immediately. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through either of the following methods:
Option 1: From your dashboard
Navigate to your Subscription settings page in the dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription". Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Option 2: Contact support
Send an email to support@systara.in from the email address associated with your account. Include your account name and reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment partner.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. The updated policy will apply to all subscriptions renewed after the effective date.
