Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Systara Motion offers a 30-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required during the trial period. No charges are applied until you voluntarily subscribe.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹500/month (plus applicable GST) via Razorpay. Payments are non-refundable once processed, as the service is immediately accessible upon payment.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscription. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • -Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • -Extended service outage (more than 72 continuous hours) during a billing period
  • -Charge after a cancellation request was submitted before the billing date

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to billing@systara.in with your registered email, organization name, and the transaction ID from Razorpay. We will respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.
