1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Systara Motion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Systara Technologies ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Systara Motion is a cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS) designed for Indian road freight operators. It provides trip management, bilty generation, invoicing, fleet management, payment tracking, and reporting tools.

3. Account Registration

You must register using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate organization details during onboarding.

4. Subscription & Billing

After the 30-day free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at ₹500/month (plus applicable taxes). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Systara Motion — trips, biltys, invoices, fleet records, and financial data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the Service's infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Systara Motion is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
